Position: Marketing Coordinator
Are you prepared to elevate your marketing career within a cutting-edge robotics and autonomous vehicles environment? At Mach, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a flair for both creative storytelling and technical comprehension. You’ll be crucial in communicating our advanced technologies—like sensor fusion, LiDAR perception stacks, and route-planning algorithms—to diverse audiences, from farm operators, engineers, product managers, and C-suite level executives at major construction, ag, defense and turf care OEMs.
- Content Creation Develop high-impact trade videos showcasing Mach’s unique technology stack (e.g., demonstrations of automated GPS-guided tractors).
- Design compelling graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Write educational and persuasive copy that translates complex autonomy concepts (e.g., onboard sensor architectures, AI-driven path planning) into accessible messaging.
- Trade Show Support Coordinate end-to-end trade show strategies (logistics, promotional materials, booth layouts) that highlight Mach’s advanced robotics and autonomy solutions.
- Integrate interactive demos (e.g., live telemetry feeds, RTK/communication displays) to engage audiences at industry events.
- Brand Development Lead brand strategy to ensure consistent storytelling about Mach’s role in next-generation off-road automation.
- Collaborate with design teams to maintain cohesive visual guidelines across all media, including digital, print, and 3D trade show displays.
- Marketing Strategy Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, email nurturing, social media) to generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and drive brand awareness.
- Employ advanced attribution modeling and A/B testing to measure campaign ROI and optimize marketing funnels.
- Collaboration Work closely with engineering, product management, and sales to create marketing collateral (spec sheets, white papers, case studies) that precisely communicate Mach’s value proposition, from real-time sensor processing to autonomous vehicle control.
- Align messaging with internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure technical accuracy.
- Digital Marketing Oversee website updates and optimize landing pages using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to refine the user experience.
- Manage email campaigns and social media outreach, leveraging segmentation and personalization strategies to target distinct industry verticals (agriculture, construction, etc.).
- Sales Support Utilize sales systems (Apollo, Odoo, Salesforce) to synchronize lead generation efforts, track pipeline velocity, and measure campaign performance against sales objectives.
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Data Analysis Monitor and analyze KPI dashboards (CPL, CAC, LTV) to fine-tune future campaign tactics.
- Generate regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, design, and media creation—preferably within a technical B2B environment (e.g., industrial machinery, robotics, construction, or agriculture).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset that thrives in cross-functional environments—especially when translating advanced engineering concepts into effective marketing.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical subjects (sensor data workflows, software-defined autonomy stacks) into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, planning integrated campaigns, and measuring performance through data-driven analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design and multimedia (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, 3D rendering software).
- Demonstrated experience with video editing and production—particularly for technical demonstrations or product showcases.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for both short-form and long-form marketing copy (press releases, blog posts, white papers, etc.).
- Familiarity with B2B marketing in industries like agriculture, construction, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM integrations (Salesforce or Odoo).
