Who we need:
Our team is energized by delivering Recruiting and other Talent related solutions to our associates in a way that enables top talent to thrive and perform at their best. We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to manage our hiring systems and processes so that recruiters, hiring teams and candidates enjoy easy, and proficient experiences they would recommend to others. This includes managing the full candidate experience from initial brand awareness through to a successful hire. Responsibilities include overall management of our Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing partnerships, job boards, scheduling interviews, and contributing to overall continuous improvement of the hiring process in close collaboration with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders. This role will directly support the Talent Acquisition team to serve across all areas of the business as assigned.
The Role
- Manage company Applicant Tracking Systems and related processes in a way that optimizes our inclusive, diverse hiring practices and creates positive experiences at each step of the journey.
- Seek to understand hiring manager, recruiter, and candidate pain points so that you may deliver hiring services in the most enjoyable, easy, and proficient ways for all people involved.
- Coordinate interviews with Executive Assistant teams, or directly with interview panel members, and in direct collaboration with candidates to schedule interviews.
- Assist hiring managers with defining screening criteria, including validation of job Mission, Competencies, and Outcomes. Help build these components into each ATS job.
- Assist in maintaining consistency across recruiting systems and processes so that hiring outcomes are fair, and unbiased.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with managing and improving sourcing channels, including employment brand initiatives, outreach partners, and any other related source of talent.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and interview groups to ensure a seamless and exceptional recruiting experience for candidates.
- Support the talent acquisition team, as the point person, when navigating road blocks throughout the recruiting process, providing quick and effective solutions to keep the process running smoothly.
- Serve as primary point of contact for interview process, help managers and recruiters define interview stages, compensation ranges as approved by senior leadership and other job related recruiting criteria.

Qualifications
- 2 or more years coordinating or managing complex recruiting, or similar operational systems required.
- 5 or more years of relevant Recruiting, Candidate Experience, or People Operations experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding people-facing customer services.
- Experience in professional services organizations preferred.
- Experience in early-stage organizations experiencing explosive growth (doubling or tripling in size each year) preferred.
- Must enjoy and thrive being faced with high volume, complex challenges.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with a variety of HRIS and ATS solutions; ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Physical requirements include ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms, to listen and hear and/or read on and through electronic devices for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with limited supervision.
- Must be located and delivering work in the Pacific Time Zone, and able to support global teams across time zones when needed.
- Must be authorized to work within the US without company sponsorship.
