Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Conduct routine dental cleanings and exams, identifying potential oral health issues
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with dentists to ensure seamless care delivery and communicate effectively with patients

Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in IL
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
