We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Branch Relationship Manager to lead branch operations while delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. This role blends leadership, client relationship development, and branch operations. What You’ll Do:
• Lead and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture
• Manage commercial loan administration and support complex accounts
• Oversee daily operations, fraud prevention, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Serve as a strategic partner to commercial and treasury teams, identifying growth opportunities
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and provide tailored financial solutions
• Promote digital banking tools and drive continuous improvement in customer experience
• Represent the bank in the community, strengthening brand presence and client relationships
What You Bring:
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products, commercial lending, and treasury services
• Expertise in compliance, risk management, and branch operations
• Critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented mindset
