MSB is seeking a full-time Manager for our Retail Loan Administration (RLA) team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage daily department operations, supervise a talented team, and deliver exceptional service to our Mortgage Loan Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient and accurate administration of HELOCs and mortgages, (conventional and Fannie) to guide customers seamlessly through their lending journey.
- Provide effective leadership to the RLA team, ensuring prompt resolution of loan-related research and service challenges.
- Strategically prioritize investments in People, Process, and Technology to optimize departmental efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages team development and process innovation.
- Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve operational excellence while balancing the needs of employees and customers.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience managing small to medium sized teams with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proven expertise in streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong analytical and writing abilities.
- Strong time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
