We are currently accepting applications for a: Senior Client Relationship Specialist
There is an opening for a full-time Senior Client Relationship Specialist in our Treasury Services Department. This role is primarily responsible for providing direct support to Treasury Services Officers by supporting their portfolio of new and existing clients. These duties include onboarding new relationships, account opening, and the addition of services such as merchant services, fraud prevention, and credit cards. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully coordinate between internal and external contacts to meet the clients needs. They will provide superior customer service and be a trusted resource for all departments within the bank.
The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Associates Degree or equivalent banking experience
• Excellent time management, follow-through, organization, and ability to prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• Self motivated with a strong drive and work ethic
