We are currently looking for an Outside Sales person to join our family! As a Luby Shoring Services Outside Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify potential customers, and generate revenue by promoting our trench shoring equipment rental solutions. This role is vital in expanding our customer base and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and target potential clients within the construction excavation industry.
· Research and gather information on up-and-coming projects track bids, attend pre-bid meetings, know bid results and contact bid prospects.
· Develop an active sales pipeline by actively seeking new business opportunities.
2. Managing customer relationships:
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new & existing customers.
· Understand customers’ needs and provide the best rental equipment solution that meets the requirements of the customer.
· Customer First Attitude: Ensure excellent customer service and address customer questions or concerns promptly.
3. Product Knowledge:
· Acquire in depth knowledge of trench shoring equipment, its applications and benefits.
· Educate customers on the advantages of using our equipment for their specific projects.
4. Strong efforts to meet territory business income requirements.
· Deliver completed rental and sales quotes to customers.
· Follow up on all quotes with customers and dig into the details of the quote to ensure accuracy and competitive pricing.
· Ability to ask your customers for the business quotation.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
· Stay up to date on territory trends, market competition, and pricing strategies.
· Provide feedback and insights on pricing requirements to in-house management to make necessary pricing adjustments.
6. Team Player – Customer support.
· Collaborate with management to ensure seamless positive customer experience.
· Communication with management in weekly sales meetings to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-company sales staff when needed to get information that helps with sales performance, and offering assistance to other sales personnel when requested.
7. Daily Schedule Planning and Daily CRM reporting:
· Making planned cold calls as needed.
· Scheduling specific and productive meetings with prospects.
· Recording required information to our CRM after every scheduled meeting or cold call.
Salary : $60,000
