CNC Machinists / Operators

Machine-Pro Technologies located in Celina, Ohio is a three-shift CNC Precision Machining shop since 1994.

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Mill Machinists and CNC Lathe Machinists – we prefer a minimum of 3-years of experience.

Full-Time Machining Positions available on second shift.

Second Shift = 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. - Shift Differential available for second shift.

As a CNC Machinist specializing in Lathes & Mills and CNC Operations, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team. With core skills in blueprint reading, machining, and precision measuring instruments, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Your premium skills in CNC and GD&T will be essential in optimizing machine performance and ensuring precise outcomes. Additionally, your relevant skills in tooling, lean manufacturing, and assembly will contribute to our production efficiency and quality standards. Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision parts according to blueprints. Utilize calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments for quality control. Program and set up CNC machines for efficient production. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and CNC operations
- Experience with CNC lathe and/or mill operations
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Ability to work with Fanuc systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
