Assembler – Vibration Sensor Manufacturing

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Assembler at Machine Saver, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of our high-performance vibration sensors. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and accuracy of the products our customers depend on. To achieve this mission, you will:
- Assemble vibration sensors and related components in a single-piece flow production process, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Handle small, precise components with care, using hand tools, fixtures, and automated equipment as required.
- Perform detailed inspections of assembled units to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct functional testing of vibration sensors to ensure proper operation before final packaging.
- Follow work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and traceability.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve any assembly or process issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all workplace safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
- Continuously improve processes by providing feedback and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and quality.

WHAT YOU BRING TO MACHINE SAVER
- Previous experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, sensor manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings with high accuracy.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and basic testing equipment.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and their application in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a single-piece flow production process is a plus.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or within a team
