To support our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic individual to serve as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. The individual we are seeking must enjoy problem solving, and rarely building the same machine twice. The company needs a hands-on, assertive individual that is self-motivated, pursuant of personnel development and growth, who is willing to share knowledge and enhance the capabilities of co-workers and the company alike.

Position Responsibilities:
- Read, comprehend, and follow product drawings, schematics and other graphical or written descriptions of the proper assembly of electromechanical products.
- An Electro-Mechanical Assembler III is responsible for verifying whether a released document to be used is the correct revision.
- Adhere to policies of quality assurance, safety, 7S, and cleanliness.
- Understanding of M1 functions for assembly area.
- Assign/Distribute jobs to assemblers as needed.
- Process MRO orders.
- Host daily touch base meetings as needed.
- Meets all the requirements of an assembler level II.
- Has 3-5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical assembly.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documents and identify the most efficient assembly methods.
- Troubleshoots complex issues and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve problems.
- Trains and develops more junior assemblers.
- Participate in quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Education and/or Experience:

- Assembly Line experience is helpful.
- Computer skills are required. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- ISO 9001 preferred experience.
- Ability to read and/or operate equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering tools and meters.
- Experience soldering electronic components like resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and wires onto printed circuit boards. According to specifications using hand tools.
- IPC certification is preferred; expired certification is acceptable.
- Have good communication skills. Receives verbal instructions or follows sample units to determine assembly requirements. Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions in English.
