To support our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic individual to serve as a Controls Engineer. The individual we are seeking must enjoy problem solving, and rarely building the same machine twice. The company needs a hands-on, assertive individual that is self-motivated, pursuant of personnel development and growth, who is willing to share knowledge and enhance the capabilities of co-workers and the company alike.

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborates within engineering team under supervision
- Assists in translating customer requirements into design specifications
- Develops basic PLC programs and HMI layouts
- Programs and configures basic motion control systems
- Creates electrical schematics and panel layouts for standard applications
- Maintains bill of materials
- Contributes to technical documentation
- Participates in system testing and debugging
- Follows project schedules and milestones
- Supports various industries (medical, automotive, packaging, etc.)
- Basic PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens)
- Basic understanding of safety systems
- Fundamental knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical
- Basic understanding of industrial networks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic troubleshooting abilities
- BSEE/BSEET with 0-5 years' experience, or
- ASEE/ASEET with 5-10 years' experience, or
- Associates in Robotics/Automation Controls with equivalent experience
- Entry-level to intermediate PLC programming experience
