About the Position
We are currently seeking another Deburr Technician to add to our team. This position is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from machined parts using various tools and techniques such as grinding, sanding, or filing.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the finished product meets quality standards and specifications per customer requirements.
- Perform visual inspections and maintain equipment.

- Inspect parts before and after deburring to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform surface finishing tasks such as grinding, sanding, or polishing to achieve desired surface textures or finishes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when handling tools and parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on deburring equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain accurate records of parts processed, inspections performed, and any issues encountered during the deburring process.
- Communicate with other team members, including machinists and quality control personnel, to coordinate workflow and address any issues related to part quality or production efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the deburring department.
