The Role:
- Design and develop Hydraulic systems for our advanced machine tools.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers, and assembly personnel to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components within the overall machine design.
- Translate engineering concepts and specifications into detailed drawings and bills of material using Autodesk AutoCAD.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a hydraulics-specific role.
- Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with machining and metalworking processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong commitment to contributing to an employee-owned culture.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

According to the New York Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this job is $90,000 - $95,000/year. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
