Key Responsibilities of the 401(k) Administrator:
- Take ownership of the setup of new 401(k) plans, handling all documentation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Lead the charge on plan conversions and recordkeeper transitions, managing paperwork and timelines with confidence and accuracy
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employers and employees, delivering clear, responsive, and knowledgeable support
- Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Showcase your attention to detail by reviewing plan documentation, maintaining records, and supporting compliance efforts

Qualifications of the 401(k) Administrator:

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
