Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex schedules and keeping the project on track.
- Manage all communication with Clients and internal key stakeholders
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in client interactions.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans
- Manage all expense reporting
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements of the Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, driven, and professional with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
