Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Partner closely with team to design, execute, and oversee consulting projects
- Orchestrate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items
- Dive into collecting project requirements and conducting insightful research to propel project goals forward
- Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives
- Play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain meticulous project records, including meeting notes, status reports, and other crucial documentation, ensuring every detail is captured
- Act as the linchpin for communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
- Keep a vigilant eye on project progress, providing regular updates on key milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the project plan
- Engage in post-project reviews to gather valuable insights and recommend improvements for future projects, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
