Key Responsibilities of the Proposal Manager:

- Write, edit, and curate proposal content to ensure alignment with the firm’s branding and messaging standards.
- Work closely with leadership, project teams, and marketing staff to develop tailored, high-impact responses to business opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance digital libraries, including proposal templates, project descriptions, and team resumes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure all proposal documentation adheres to client and industry standards, including certifications and licensing.
- Conduct research to identify emerging opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze proposal metrics, providing insights to refine processes and improve success rates.
Qualifications of the Proposal Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years in proposal management, document control, or related roles, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Superior writing, editing, and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
