Key Responsibilities of the Staff Assistant:
- Be the welcoming face of the office, creating a positive experience for tenants, vendors, and visitors.
- Keep the office running seamlessly by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining documents.
- Work closely with property managers on lease administration, work orders, and tenant communications.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and coordinate vendor payments with precision.
- Ensure records, reports, and databases related to building operations are accurate and up to date.
- Help bring the building community to life by assisting with tenant events and engagement initiatives.
- Jump in on a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and contribute to overall success.
Qualifications of the Staff Assistant:
- 1 years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in property management or real estate.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills—someone who radiates great energy!
- Exceptional organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
