The Service Coordinator will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. Duties
- Coordinate and manage service and repair calls with the client base.
- Create and maintain a directory of service providers and vendors.
- Maintain schedule for service techs.
- Ordering of materials necessary for service projects.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of service industry experience required.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling software.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and training in relevant fields.
