Mack Molding is looking to fill a quality analyst position on 2nd shift in our finishing department at the Inman, S.C., facility.
For those interested in the night shift, it offers $1 extra an hour of pay.

Essential Responsibilities
Continual analysis of the manufacturing product being produced from production startup to end of run, including but not limited to:
Analyzing and approving first piece submissions at production Manufacturing Order startup.
Analyzing parts being manufactured through visual & dimensional inspections at predetermined shift intervals..
Document the analysis of each essential responsibility above on the appropriate forms.
Assist manufacturing personnel in understanding the quality requirements, specifications, process and inspection methods for the specific job..
Document and assure containment through the appropriate systems when nonconformances are identified..
Communicate to appropriate personnel when non-conformance is detected.
Work with manufacturing to address issues of non-conformity and proper resolution.
Gather and plot SPC data, as required, for controlling process and product.
Use computer as required for reports, logs, and email..
Perform other duties necessitated by change or condition.
Understand and use the Mack Molding Quality Management System.
Follow safety rules and regulations.
Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience.
High School Diploma or GED..
Ability to correctly utilize metrology equipment to perform required product inspections..
Ability to interface with internal customers to resolve product quality issues..
Good documentation and math skills.·
Unusual Working Conditions.
Exposure to temperatures ranging from 50 deg. To 100 deg.
Exposure to dust from sanding & grinding operations..
Exposure at times to materials containing fiberglass..
Plant odors from plastic, paint & adhesive processing..
Exposure in-plant to temperatures between 40F and exceeding 100F.
Unusual Physical Requirements.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs as required [when necessary on certain jobs]..
Must be able to pass Color Vision Test..
Vision must be correctable to 20/20..
Ability to bend, squat, lift, pull, grip, reach, walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time and in a repetitive motion..
Be able to work at a table or reach into boxes up to 42" high
