Perform various customer service activities assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and database; Provide general clerical assistance to Business Unit including filing, typing, copying, preparing requisitions, scheduling lunches, mail distribution; Maintain such critical information as blueprints, production print check sheets, engineering change orders and other correspondence; Interface with manufacturing regarding scheduling, quality, and manufacturing engineering issues; Maintain order entry data; Other duties as assigned.
