Seasonal Support
Reporting to the Store Manager, the seasonal support provides assistance to the team members and is responsible for all areas listed below. They participate in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store.
What you’ll do :
- Offer an exceptional client experience at all times and maintain the brand standards.
- Promote the brand image, in each customer interaction.
- Always demonstrate a strong presence on the floor to greet all customers and to mitigate loss prevention matters.
- Guide customers by providing relevant information to ensure satisfaction.
- Pleasantly deal with customers and handle the customers’ orders by capturing customer information, ringing and processing sales transactions.
- Provide assistance to all team members and the management team.
- Upkeep store standards and maintain merchandising within the sales floor in addition to the organization of back of house.
- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception; labelling, merchandizing, POS operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving packages etc.);
- Always ensure a level of professionalism when answering the store calls.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all time.
- Assist with any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
What you’ll need:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive energy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to the ongoing pace of the store
