AmLaw 30 M&A/PE Associate – Boston
· 2 years’ experience in the following required:
o Acting as counsel to buyers and sellers in complex mergers, business restructurings, asset purchase and sale transactions, equity purchase and sale transactions, and financing rounds from individual investors
o Drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary deal documents and coordinating due diligence and closings
· Salary Range: $235k - $260k (Cravath) depending on experience level
