Candidates should possess a strong academic background and exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. Must be licensed to practice in NY and in good standing.
Viable candidates should possess 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- General liability
- Product liability
- Insurance defense
- Premises liability
- Construction litigation
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
This position offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office) with significant flexibility, including the potential for fully remote work.
