MacKay & Agents is seeking a General Liability Associate OR Partner to join an AmLaw 175 firm in either its Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco location. This position offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office) with significant flexibility, including the potential for fully remote work.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in:
- General liability matters
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Additional experience with insurance coverage litigation is a plus
Position Details:

- Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
