Mackay is currently seeking a full-time Recruiting Assistant who has the experience, skills, and qualifications below to work onsite and with our Human Resources team in our company headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
The Recruiting Coordinator will work under the oversight and direction of the Vice President of Human Resources and will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team and recruitment activities worldwide. The Recruiting Coordinator will act as a liaison between candidates and our recruiters by assisting with the screening resumes using established criteria, scheduling and conducting phone interviews for selected candidates, setting up tests, tracking recruiting related requests, maintaining applicant documents and files, as well as all related spreadsheets.
- Follow Mackay’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake clerical duties such as filing, organizing records, creating various file folders, processing invoices, collecting applicant documents, drafting offer letters, and updating recruiting status spreadsheets.
- Monitor the internet for unauthorized or fraudulent job posts.
- Screen resumes/CVs, resume scoring, scheduling, and conducting phone screens.
- Set up test links, scheduling and visually monitoring remote testing when applicable.
- Maintain detailed information on candidates in prescribed format for various internal and external reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 Years of Recruiting support experience
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, accountable, and trustworthy.
