We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting, Bookkeeping and Pricing Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily involve accounting tasks with additional responsibilities in bookkeeping and pricing. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting (70%):
- Post invoices and process timely vendor payments.
- Reconcile fuel and lottery
- Reconcile vendor statements and conduct weekly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile and post weekly cash and sales reports in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile UNFI wholesaler statements and ensure accurate general ledger entries.
- Maintain electronic invoice storage and submit data for financial statements.
- Support Receiving and DSD teams with vendor and invoice issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Balance cashier registers, and payments (cash, credit, EBT, electronic checks) daily.
- Prepare and make cash deposits by 1:30 PM.
- Verify and track daily credit card, EBT, and electronic check deposits, as well as donations and miscellaneous transactions.
- Print and review Tender Over/Short Reports, addressing any discrepancies with Customer Service and Accounting.
- Maintain cash in deposit and change safes, and ensure proper equipment maintenance (coin/bill counters, credit card systems).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Assist in updating pricing temporary price reductions and ads on Mondays and Fridays
- Travel required - 1 day per week to Waconia or Minnetrista locations
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting software - QuickBooks and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
