We are now seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our guest services team! 32-40 hours a week.
This position is responsible for providing and fostering the community's culture of fun and customer service; positively impacting people's lives when they interact with the front desk.
What you'll do:
- Greet all visitors to the community.
- Answers and directs phone calls.
- Maintain resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, resident sign-in/sign-out logs, guest sign-in books and other documentation.
- Facilitate training and orientation for new receptionists and night attendants.
- Develop front desk schedule in conjunction with the Guest Services Manager.
- Monitor electronic resident call box.
- Covers front desk team call offs.
- Works closely with Guest Services Team to ensure our residents are happy and thriving.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows OS, Apple iOS (Mobile devices), Microsoft Office, standard office equipment and is able to effectively navigate company platforms. E
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
