We're seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The schedule will be Sunday through Thursday, 8am - 4 : 30pm.
Job Summary
The Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant supports the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar position, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
- Provides exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping.
- Assists in coordination of community events.
- Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
