About the Company - Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a multistate ABA Therapy Company seeking a Director of Operations in North Carolina. This position will play a key role in leading and optimizing administrative and support functions, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic planning aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee daily operations for home and center based therapy services
- Oversee staffing and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and employee satisfaction
- Lead and support large teams of Clinical Directors, BCBAs and RBTs
- Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze and monitor regional financial performance for sustainable growth
- Manage insurance authorizations and monitor client insurance eligibility
Requirements:
- 5 years in multisite healthcare operations; experience in ABA is a plus
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience setting and implementing KPIs to drive performance and achieve organizational goals
- Track record of growing regions, opening sites or launching service lines
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
