About the Company - Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a multistate ABA Therapy Company seeking a Director of Physician Partnerships to oversee the development of their referral networks. Candidates must be based in New Jersey, the Greater Philadelphia area, or the New York Metropolitan Area with ability to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with healthcare providers
- Identify collaborative opportunities to drive referrals, improve patient access and reduce waitlists
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners across multiple states
- Supervise team of Physician Liaison Specialists, providing guidance to meet key metrics
- Direct team research to engage new providers and organizations
- Lead online and social media outreach initiatives
- Coordinate events to promote awareness and build physician/community relationships
- Monitor and report on outreach activities, working closely with C-Suite team to ensure goals are met
Requirements:
- 4 years physician liaison or partnership development within healthcare
- Track record of success in developing referral networks, preferably across multiple regions
- Experience leading a team of direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 50% (including out-of-state travel)
