Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a Cosmetic Contract Manufacturer seeking a Head of Equipment.
The Head of Equipment will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of production machinery, including fill lines, mixers, and labelers, to support high-quality cosmetic manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of fill lines, mixers, and labelers.
- Ensure all equipment is set up and functioning optimally for production needs.
- Manage troubleshooting and repair processes for production machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:
- Proven experience in equipment management within cosmetic or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of fill lines, mixers, and labelers.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, setup, and repair of production equipment.
