Our client, a fast-growing consumer goods business based in the Los Angeles area, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support FP&A and other finance functions.
This role will be based in Marina Del Rey, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize revenue streams by tracking pricing, promotions, and trade spend to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage trade deductions by investigating and resolving issues with accounts receivable to minimize revenue leakage.
- Leverage trade management software to forecast trade spend, track promotions, and enhance financial planning capabilities.
- Deliver data-driven insights through reports, dashboards, and financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate financial processes and deduction tracking.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or revenue management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software.
- Familiarity with deduction management, accounts receivable, and trade spend analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or food and beverage industries.
