Managing seasonal hotel in Mackinaw City on the Beach, April thru November.
Salary based with additional bonus based on commission.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage, Direct, & Supervise all operations of the Hotel.
* Communicates effectively within the property and with ownership.
* Acting Leader of Hotel Safety Team to ensure proper safety and emergency procedures.
* Uphold all Standards set by ownership & franchisor.
* Achieving Performance Goals & Bottom line profitability.
* Provide leadership and supervision of all departments and their respective supervisors.
* Attaining Above Average Level of Guest Satisfaction.
* Implement Daily MOD Program.
* Assist in developing and executing marketing programs.
* Enforcing Rules & Regulations set by ownership & franchisor.
* Review & Analyze Past and Future Business
* Daily & monthly reporting,inventories
* Group Sales & Special Event Management.
* Daily Banking and Accounts Receivable.
* Review Rates and Menus and makes suggestions to upper management as needed.
Qualifications include:
Previous experience in service, hospitality, management or sales
