We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and technical support of commercial solar and energy storage solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers, ensure the successful completion of projects, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring a high level of support and performance.
- Manage the preparation of proposals, quotes, and cost estimation for projects.
- Assist the project management team by understanding all facets of engineering responsibilities.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Review and improve existing workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for greater efficiency.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of engineering projects with quality assurance.
- Negotiate with external vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure engineering deliverables comply with industry standards and company requirements.
- Review project documentation, including RFPs and contract materials.
- Produce detailed technical reports, including recommendations and project evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Finance, and Construction to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
- Provide technical expertise to solve engineering challenges and ensure project success.
