Job Description
The Machinist Level 4 will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts with tight tolerances.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce high-quality parts.
- Operate CNC machines, including multi-axis mills and lathes.
- Setup and run production parts of complex geometries, including grooves and notches.
- Assist operators to produce quality parts at a rapid pace as per production requirements.
- Perform fabrication of lathe products using customer or GT drawings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 36 months CNC Lathe and Multi-axis Mill experience in a production environment.
- Proficient in NC programming, setup, troubleshooting, and operation of CNC lathe equipment.
