Mackinnon & Partners is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer- Part Time to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing plant performance, resolving problems, and ensuring safe and environmentally acceptable production.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply technical skills to optimize plant performance and resolve problems.
- Understand and apply all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) operational requirements.
- Provide technical advising on operations while maintaining high standards for process safety.
- Optimize daily production to achieve business and plant goals.
- Participate in advanced troubleshooting and coaching others to learn these skills.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
- 3 years plant engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant operation setting.
