Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join our Mackinnon & Partners team. As a key member of our agency team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing hires.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
- Provide candidates with feedback and manage offer negotiations
- Maintain detailed records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Key Qualifications:
