Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator (Solar PV)
Location: Hybrid Chicago, IL
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale to ensure smooth project installation and address any questions or concerns throughout the process.
- Coordinate and schedule service-related issues with suppliers and installers as needed.
- Manage the application and registration process for projects, including handling extended warranties, RECs, and inverters.
- Prepare and submit change orders, including disclosure forms, shading reports, capacity factors, and plan sets as required.
- Monitor and manage the inverter portal.
- Work closely with the project and installation teams to resolve project issues.
- Maintain and update lead generation and solar proposal systems, ensuring the incorporation of the latest technologies.
- Assist the sales team by responding to questions, resolving escalations, and addressing concerns.
- Identify trends, problems, and areas for operational improvement.
- Oversee client referral and review processes.
- Perform general office duties, including managing supplies, coordinating office lunches, and issuing equipment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-facing or project coordinator role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A natural problem solver with a continuous desire to learn and improve processes.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
