What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specimen Processing Technician position at mackinnonandpartner?
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.
Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of computers with a preferred knowledge of laboratory testing and/or laboratory specimen processing. Work Experience: No experience required but previous laboratory experience preferred. Medical background preferred which includes medical terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory. Previous hospital laboratory experience is a plus but not required. Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.20 - $21.00 per hour
