Key Responsibilities:
•Manage overall operations of the facility, ensuring quality care for residents.
•Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
•Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
•Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies.

Qualifications:
