What You'll Do :

Lead the Work : Oversee our crews and execute high-end residential remodeling projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and precision in every detail.

Mentor and Manage : Supervise and guide a team of carpenters and apprentices, ensuring they meet Macktown's high standards for craftsmanship.

Solve Problems : Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges, keeping projects on track while maintaining exceptional quality.

Communicate with Clients & Team : Work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure a smooth and transparent construction process.

Own the Craftsmanship : Frame, trim, install, and fine-tune all aspects of residential remodels-from structural work to high-end finishes.

What We're Looking For :

• 7 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a lead role .
• Expertise in framing, cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, and custom remodeling .
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills-you're just as good at teaching and leading a crew as you are at swinging a hammer.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret plans, and problem-solve on-site .
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and precision .
• A positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
