As the Chief People Officer - Employee Engagement and Development, you will partner with the site General Manager to establish strategic roadmaps for employee engagement, development, safety, retention, and business value. - Partner with the site General Manager to establish short and long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Oversee the administration of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
- Ensure local compliance with federal, state, and local legislation.
- Member and advisor to the local leadership team on good employment practices.
- Lead and direct the work of HR team members.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including some prior management experience.
- Leading Human Resources strategy, planning, directing, and goal setting of a division.
- Experience leading and directing the work of other employees and personnel actions, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
