Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. Job Duties
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help facilitate new hire onboarding, including document collection and orientation.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and company events.
Assist in gathering employee feedback and analyzing engagement survey results.
Help maintain positive workplace culture through various HR activities.
Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Support the administration of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Help with documentation and filing of performance reviews, training records, and HR reports.
Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs.
Assist in preparing training materials and monitoring training completion.
Research best practices in employee learning and development.
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest in HR functions, employment law, and talent management.
