Job Summary
The Product Manager will lead the strategic management of our product lines. This role is responsible for developing and executing product roadmaps, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive product line roadmaps to achieve fiscal performance goals.
Collaborate with customers, sales teams, application engineers, and design engineers to align deliverables with customer expectations.
Conduct regular engagements with end-users to assess product requirements and market-driven price levels.
Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including marketing and pricing initiatives, to enhance product visibility and competitiveness.
Provide technical solutions to meet client and customer needs while ensuring the adoption of advanced technologies.
Ensure all reported technical issues are resolved promptly and in compliance with organizational standards.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and oversee adaptations to address user requirements effectively.
Develop and implement policies for technical training for both clients and internal stakeholders, as necessary.
Prepare and complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to 5S standards by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
Undertake additional duties assigned to support organizational objective
Experience and Education
Comprehensive knowledge of concepts and principles within the field.
Proven ability to perform complex tasks, typically following established processes.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with full authority for personnel decisions.
Familiarity with departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (required).
MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred, along with commercial experience in a technical environment.
Experience with the electrical transmission or distribution utility market is highly preferred.
