Job Duties
Robot Programming & Testing
Assist in developing and modifying programs for industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB).
Support debugging and troubleshooting of robotic systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
Conduct simulations and offline programming to test robotic movements before deployment.
Automation System Support
Collaborate with engineers to integrate robots with PLCs, sensors, and vision systems.
Assist in configuring robotic controllers and optimizing cycle times for automation processes.
Help analyze system performance data and suggest improvements.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Maintain records of robot programs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for robotic systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for robotic automation and safety compliance.
Experience and Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of industrial robotics and programming languages (e.g., RAPID, KRL, Fanuc TP, Python, or C ).
Familiarity with PLC programming, vision systems, and automation technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
