Who are You at MacLellan?
As the Account Manager, you are a part of BEST PEOPLE, you are the senior operations leader at the site with overall responsibility for technical process cleaning and janitorial services at a leading technology assembly plant. Along with your 3 manager direct reports, you manage a 7-day operation that includes multiple shifts, area supervisors, and over 150 team members. You engage our clients daily and grow our business relationships by using your foresight to see potential issues through KPI management. You lead by delivering timely solutions that avert potential issues. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class customer service reputation. Working as a business partner with our client you are exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our BEST SYSTEMS while you engage our team to share their voice as we collectively identify and eliminate waste to deliver BEST RESULTS!

What education and experience are needed for success?
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of ten years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience preferred.
Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
