The scope of work will include equipment maintenance and repair for buildings with a variety of HVAC equipment. We respond and mobilize for both emergency and planned events. Technician 3 skills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and problem solving for multiple equipment types. Examples of equipment include boilers, chillers, pumps, and 50-ton RTUs. Preferred is a minimum of 5 years commercial/industrial experience in HVAC.
