HVAC Technician

Generous paid time off benefits, new hires start at 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO, prorated based on date of hire.    Full Time $23.00-$43.00 an hour   Who is MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical?   MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical is seeking multiple technician levels to provide comprehensive HVAC and mechanical services for a Vance, AL facility. The scope of work will include equipment maintenance and repair for buildings with a variety of HVAC equipment. We respond and mobilize for both emergency and planned events. Lead Technician skills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and problem solving for multiple buildings on this site. Preferred is a minimum of 7 years commercial/industrial experience in HVAC and a minimum of 2 years leadership experience. The Lead Technician will provide scheduling assistance, customer support and team leadership for the site. Technician 3 skills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and problem solving for multiple buildings on this site. Preferred is a minimum of 5 years commercial/industrial experience in HVAC. Technician 2 skills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and assist with the maintenance schedule for multiple buildings on this site. Preferred is a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in HVAC. Technician 1 skills and experience will include the ability to work safely and perform maintenance tasks. Preferred is a minimum of 1 year HVAC & Mechanical or similar trade experience. We have great benefits starting on your first day - check them out below!
