About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Macmillan Learning. In this role, you will perform a range of tasks, including selecting cartons of returned merchandise, unpacking books and paperwork, and placing them on a conveyor at the processing station.
You will use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process each piece of returned merchandise by ISBN number, locate it by tote number to bin locations, and make adjustments for damaged books. You will also keep each shipped-from address together on one Return Authorization Number (RA) to assign credit for the returned merchandise.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have basic computer and keyboarding skills and the ability to learn WMS.
