What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at MACo Health Care Trust?
The Montana Association of Counties Health Care Trust (MACo HCT) is seeking an Account Executive. This position provides marketing and member service functions related to the employee benefit plans and programs on behalf of MACo HCT. Employees in this position must possess considerable knowledge and experience in marketing, and in health insurance and health benefit programs. This position has extensive contacts with MACo members, MACo staff, governing boards, and participating member groups.
Successful applicants should have a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and three (3) years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on employee health benefits preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
The starting salary range is $73,000 to $88,000 depending on experience. MACo offers a generous benefit package including health insurance (including dental and vision), 401k retirement contribution, vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.
Position will remain open until filled. First review of candidates will occur the week of March 14, 2025.
